@djricharddurand is one of my favorite people to work with and it was a no brainer when selecting remixers for my latest album. Dropping today is my collab with @lk_kasss & @sarahikumu including Richard’s incredible remix! 🎶

I think I have spent more time thinking about the gear in the studio itself than anything else, to be honest. It’s such an important piece of this studio and I have visited my fair share of studios all around the world.
Here are some of my favorite pieces of gear that are a must have for me:
1) Herman Miller – Aeron Chair (best studio chair!)
2) Studio Desk Electric Enterprise – I owned this one in Sofia, Bulgaria, and want to have the same again. It’s amazing!
3) ATC SCM100A or PMC MB2S speakers (a whole new world of sound)
4) Vocal Chain: Manley Reference Cardioid (used this at Armada Music studio 1 and blown away!)
5) Vocal Chain: Tube-Tech CL1B (used this at Armada Music studio 1 and blown away!)
6) Vocal Chain: Neve 1073 SPX (used this at Armada Music studio 1 and blown away!)
Any recommendations they you may have? 🙂 #studiogear

I can write a book about the very many reasons I love Bali, but here are my top five:
1. The people! Humble, respectful & kind, you will never see Indonesian people not smiling. They are so friendly and just overall makes you feel better about the world in general.
2. Very strong music scene. On every given weekend, there is a dozen shows going on and every single top DJ and producer from around the world makes at least one stop in Bali every year. It is a paradise for musicians.
3. Food! No explanation necessary, but if you wanna have your brain blown by food – this is the place.
4. Nature – inspiration everywhere. They are not enough words in the world to describe the beauty of Bali.
5. It’s such a healthy place – everybody is active and is constantly moving, they live a very healthy lifestyle and it inspires me to be better as well.
These are solid five reasons why I believe a creative hub belongs to a place like Bali. Not only that it helps you be a better version of yourself, but there is just so much inspiration everywhere.
We are almost halfway through this campaign and we are approaching 40% of our goal and I couldn’t do this without you. Thank you so much for your support so far. ❤️

what do you think are the top 3 must haves in a studio?
Another architect meeting done and we have the final design of the building! The studio will be standalone with the guest bedroom on top of it and will have its own separate entrance, making it exceptionally convenient for all of these artists who will be visiting and working here. I’m so excited to see it come to life 👌🏼

Super excited to share the mood board for the studio that I am building. I have spent time in studios all over the world gathering inspiration for this. Here are some of the key elements:
1) Bright Hardwood
2) Since the studio will have no windows, I will want a brighter design and lots of natural looking light
3) Wooden panels on the backside to give it a warmer feeling
4) Brown leather couch (Chesterfield) for comfort and vibe
5) Studio dimensions 4.8m x 6.2m x 3m (W x L x H)
6) Room-in-room construction is planned
7) Studio build & planning: STORM Acoustic Design & Consulting
What do you think? I know a lot of people go for LED lighting cause it looks more futuristic, but keep it warm and comforting works better for me personally – let me know if you have any tips!

Topography and soil test results are in and it’s much better than I thought! This mean that we are on budget for the project and there is an easy way to manage rainwater. 🤩 one step closer to making my dream studio and creative hub a reality ❤️

There’s something powerful about music production in the same room as your student/mentor. Online coaching is great, but in-person work creates a different kind of momentum – the kind you feel immediately in the music.
Why in-person coaching hits deeper:
There’s something powerful about learning music production in the same room as your mentor. Online coaching is great, but in-person work creates a different kind of momentum — the kind you feel immediately in the music.
Why in-person coaching hits deeper:
1) Creative energy you can’t recreate online – being in the room amplifies confidence, and inspiration. Nothing beats that personal connection.
2) True mentorship – you’re not just learning techniques; you’re absorbing mindset, workflow, and studio discipline, but also feeding off the energy of those around you.
3) Doing things at your own terms – take a break, walk on the beaches of Bali, have a drink together, loosen up and open space for creativity to flow.
Online coaching opens doors – but in-person coaching opens a whole new version of a producer.
This has to be one of the biggest reasons why I want to build this studio, personal connection is so important to me and it’s irreplaceable. We have just crossed the 25% mark of our goal and I am so excited and grateful 🫶🏼
